Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining policies, procedures and systematic improvements that prevent work incidents and protect the health of associates, visitors and contractors. (Accident Rate AR, Severity Rate SR, Total Case Injury Rate TCIR).
Responsible for designing and implementing policies, procedures and systematic improvements that prevent pollution and mitigate the impact of JuP2 on the environment. (Total Waste, Zero Waste to Landfill, Water, CO2)

Responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining management systems and certifications in the field of environment, health and occupational safety of JuP2 (Certification ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Clean Industry, N93).

  • Know and apply the sustainability, quality, safety and human resources policies of Robert Bosch Mexico JuP2.
  • Use the Personal Protective Equipment assigned to the job.
  • Contribute to the fulfillment of objectives defined in the sustainability system.
  • Communicate deviations that affect sustainability, quality or internal policies systems.
  • Apply the operational controls defined in the environmental aspects and impacts matrix.

Authority:

  • Apply disciplinary actions to associates under its supervision that are not in comply with internal rules.
  • Stop any risk that could affect the associate’s integrity, company patrimonial or environment
