Safety Engineer (High-Rise Buildings)

We are looking for a Safety Engineer with 7-10 years of experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and overseeing safety programs to ensure a safe working environment on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures for high-rise construction projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide safety training and guidance to workers and contractors.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, providing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure safety standards are met.
• Monitor and review safety performance, ensuring continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in construction safety, specifically on high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards.
• Proven ability to identify hazards and implement safety solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
