We are currently seeking a Safety Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key payer in managing and advancing our safety program while contributing to the overall success of the company. The role is primarily field-based (90%) with some office responsibilities (10%), and will require travel to various job sites across the Edmonton Area.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• NCSO Certification is required.
• ACSA Peer Auditor Certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer (NCSO) in a construction or industrial setting is preferred.
• Certifications in WHMIS, Fall Protection, Fit Testing, and Fire Extinguisher Training are preferred.
• Proven ability to handle safety management, incident investigations, and training.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software (SiteDocs).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
