• Conduct daily tool box meeting and safety inspection to ensure compliance to prevailing MOM regulations and company ISO policies.
• Conduct safety induction briefing for the new hire worker and ongoing safety training for existing staff to raise the safety awareness.
• Work closely with HSE manager in risk assessment and workplace safety audit to ensure risk control measurements are in place.
• Perform regular site inspection to ensure work practices and equipments are in the good condition.
• Investigate accident and safety incident in site, work together with HSE manager to develop and implement the preventive and corrective actions.Maintain the proper safety documents that required by relevant authorities.
