Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a WHS & Wellbeing Specialist reporting to the General Manager Workplace Health Safety and Wellbeing, you’ll play a pivotal role in implementing the Endeavour Foundation’s Safety and Wellbeing Strategy across our ‘Work’ division.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide expert safety and wellbeing advice and support, shaping divisional safety practices.
  • Position the ‘Work’ division with a proactive model of safety and wellbeing, based on future needs with a preventive mindset.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture, identifying potential hazards and leading improvements in safety standards, particularly around manual handling, and ergonomics.
  • Develop and maintain safety protocols and lead safety training initiatives across the division.
  • Manage high-risk tasks and ensure compliance with all relevant safety legislation and organisational policies.
