Job Summary:
The SailPoint Developer will possess an in-depth knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance, diverse technical skills, and the ability to solve complex IT issues to ensure the smooth running of the company’s core Windows systems, while maintaining a high level of security. This position will also be responsible for designing and developing scalable and sustainable solutions that support enterprise goals, designing and implementing RBAC and policies (e.g., training, Segregation of Duties (SOD)), API services for access policies, and certifications, out of the box and custom IIQ connectors, customize workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, reports, and certifications. The SailPoint Developer will also be expected to leveraging expertise and knowledge of core AWS services - such as S3, EC2, CloudFormation, RDS, ElasticBeanstalk, Lambda, SQS, SNS, and AWS CLI commands, as well as to implement complex patterns, designs, and solutions in SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Required Qualifications:

• Require a bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information security or related field.
• Require five (5) to seven (7) years of experience using SQL Server, maintaining the server, software, and using SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prefer experience supporting healthcare and/or clinical organizations and working with complex and diverse projects.
• Prefer excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex topics concisely.
• Prefer effective time management and organizational skills to manage priorities and tasks as needed in a fast-paced work environment.
• Prefer demonstrated ability to learn and operate as a customer/ end user in order to produce deliverables based on the experience.
• Prefer the demonstrated ability to work with teams of engineers in various stages of the software development lifecycle and meet aggressive deadline while handling multiple complex projects.
• Prefer strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, software quality and security solutions. Including strong documentation and organizational skills with self-motivation.
