Description:
Role: Sailpoint IIQ Engineer
Location: Remote (EST Time)
Salary: up to $125,000 (for senior resources) + 5 % variable bonus + 3 weeks vacation + standard health benefits
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ.
- 5+ years of professional work experience, ideally within an enterprise company or systems integrator.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in gathering IAM business requirements and developing technical design documents.
- Strong knowledge of directories such as Active Directory, Azure AD (cloud), HR systems, ITSM solutions, and PAM solutions.
- Proficient in programming languages: Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.
- Experienced with web technologies: RestAPI, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
- Experienced in setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix platforms.
- Strong experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL) and Directories (LDAP, AD).
- Familiar with enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft), with a preference for identity management provisioning systems (Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell).
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with extensive experience working with clients and partners.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated SailPoint IIQ Engineer to join our professional services consultant team. As a SailPoint IIQ Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting IAM solutions for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest IAM and PAM technologies, gain extensive training, and collaborate with mentors to deepen your expertise in security and IAM solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- SailPoint Expertise: Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SailPoint within the organization, providing leadership, technical guidance, and oversight to SailPoint resources.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their IAM challenges, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. Communicate effectively with clients at both the technical and functional levels.
- Solution Architecture: Lead the architecture, design, deployment, and integration of SailPoint IAM products in client environments, ensuring alignment with best practices and client needs.
- Support & Escalation: Act as the escalation point for SailPoint-related issues, assisting in architecture, design, integration, and deployment challenges.
- Standardization: Document and develop standardized best practices for IAM solutions, as well as create training plans for IAM Specialists within the organization.
- Collaboration: Work with mentors and the broader team to continuously improve knowledge and expertise in security and IAM solutions.
