A Sales Assistant (Russian/Arabic Speaking) plays a vital role in supporting daily business operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. Here’s a breakdown of the key responsibilities:
- Supporting Store Operations: Assist the store manager in overseeing daily business activities, including customer service, and merchandising.
- Delivering Luxury Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer experiences, build rapport with clients, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets .
- Sales and Clienteling: Develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels, and minimizing discrepancies .
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and contribute to a positive team environment.
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Fluency in Russian and/or Arabic languages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably in a luxury retail setting)
