IN ADDITION, WE ARE IDEALLY SEEKING EXPERIENCE IN:
- Experience working in sales support with a focus on driving revenue, managing customer accounts and achieving sales targets
- Knowledge or interest to learn about all the products within your assigned department and know their features and benefits.
- Knowledge of relevant legislative governances i.e., Fair Trading Act, Consumers Guarantee Act etc., and act in accordance with them.
- Understanding of health, safety, and wellness, along with relevant practices within retail and how to keep our team mentally and physically safe, along with our customers.
- IT competency.

Responsibilities:
A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE…
In this role not only will you need to have strong personal values which align with ours, you will need a work ethic that is second to none as this will be the true key to your success at our Distribution Centre.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Management of the Sales Support Team members – this includes managing rosters, health and safety, and performance reviews.
- Ensuring efficiency within the Sales Support processes
- Working alongside the Sales Support Manager to ensure department goals are met
- Ensuring customer interactions are positive and solution orientated to improve the overall customer experience.
The successful applicant will have leadership/supervisory experience with the ability to energise the team to excel and give their best.
THIS ROLE IS A FULL-TIME POSITION, MONDAY – FRIDAY AND WILL BE ROSTERED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00AM – 5:00PM
