Description:

Role :
Being part of Salesforce(SFDC) practice team, you engage in a range of Salesforce projects for Client’s across different business verticals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform SFDC configuration, and coding.
  • Perform Business Analyst role to engage users - capture, understand and analyse Client’s user requirements and objectives.
  • Perform “As-Is” and Fit/Gap analyses to align the Salesforce technology’s offerings and capabilities to the Client’s business needs and advising Client on solution options/offerings.
  • Design and conceptualize business solutions to support Client’s needs.
  • Engage internal implementation team on Client’s requirements, solution design, build, testing and solution delivery.
  • Conduct testing and training on implemented solution.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Salesforce Implementation Experience.
  • Salesforce Conga plugin experience is preferred.
  • Client engagement experience in Singapore and Asean region.
  • Working experience and knowledge in the related IT field is expected for this position, preferably in: Consulting; Project Management; CRM; Cloud technologies; Systems integration.
  • Experienced working in IT Consulting companies an advantage.
  • Any Business Analyst Certification is a plus.
  • Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud Certifications are good to have.
  • Good analysis, critical thinking and solution designing skills.
  • Good communication skills (written and oral).
  • Highly motivated, resourceful and success oriented.
