Position Overview: The Outside Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts. You’ll be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential customers, presenting our MSP services, and closing deals to drive revenue. You’ll work closely with our technical teams to ensure that our solutions align with clients’ needs and objectives. This is a fast-paced and rewarding opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges, provide customized solutions, and position our MSP services as a valuable solution.
  • Present Solutions: Effectively communicate the benefits of our services (including IT support, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and more) to decision-makers, demonstrating how we can help them improve their operations.
  • Close Deals: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team (engineers, technical consultants, and customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and KPIs.
