Here is a description of the role we are opening:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the accounts located within the region and maintain a close and trustful relationship with the customers
  • Go above and beyond in supporting customer’s daily requests
  • Be a facilitator to reach to customers at different levels of their organization
  • Ensure with marketing the rationality of our pricing strategy
  • Partner with Marketing team to design and build the offer
  • Be the voice of the customer for all Linxens internal stakeholders
  • Feed marketing with customer feedback and project information
  • Monitor each customer’s project evolution to support next year budget preparation
  • Map all the relevant projects in the region with an understanding of incumbents, next tender / opportunity date and tendering process
  • List targeted projects in the region and prepare a winning strategy for Linxens
  • Use Linxens unique selling points to create a favourable environment for future projects
  • Lobby and inform key decision maker about Linxens capability and importance in the eco-system.

Qualification:

  • 6+ years of experience as Sales / Account Manager in government market segment
  • Masters or Bachelors in Engineering
  • Proven track record in sales within the security document or government sector in European market
  • Possess customer-oriented approach and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a varied, fast-paced and multicultural environment
  • Fluent in English; Fluency in German/French is a plus
