Description:
The Latin America Account Manager for CFDs is a multifaceted role responsible for client success and growth within the Latin American market. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial markets, along with the ability to educate clients on the platform, trading tools, and available instruments. They build strong relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored support, while also achieving sales targets and maintaining client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native Latin American Spanish essential, with Portuguese advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven experience working within client services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to create rapport quickly and develop relationships further
- Financial market knowledge/trading experience
- Ability to work hours adjusted to be able to call LATAM clients.
