Responsibilities Include:
- Connect with prospects and engage in impactful conversations;
- Consistently meet and exceed sales and KPI targets;
- Identify and leverage value propositions to secure new business;
- Collaborate with specialist teams to tailor optimal solutions for clients;
- Manage the cross-sell and up-sell process from start to finish;
- Cultivate strong relationships, drive renewals, and expand client portfolio; and
- Increase lifetime value and maximise platform usage on the Scout Talent platform
