Responsibilities Include:

  • Connect with prospects and engage in impactful conversations;
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales and KPI targets;
  • Identify and leverage value propositions to secure new business;
  • Collaborate with specialist teams to tailor optimal solutions for clients;
  • Manage the cross-sell and up-sell process from start to finish;
  • Cultivate strong relationships, drive renewals, and expand client portfolio; and
  • Increase lifetime value and maximise platform usage on the Scout Talent platform
