REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree with a technical discipline: chemistry, engineering, business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in product management or sales, preferably in the chemical industry and interacting with B2B customers
- Commercial experience highly preferred
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong sense of ownership
- Self-driving and result oriented
- Good team player and self-learner
- Well organized and principled
- Ability to complete assigned tasks on time with high quality
- An ‘All In’ attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, bilingual considered a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Dynamics, and Outlook
- Able to travel frequently
