JOB DESCRIPTION
- Industry/ Organization Type: IT/Telecommunications
- Position Title: Sales Account Manager
- Working Location: Macpherson
- Working Hours: 5 working days (Mon to Fri 8.30AM – 5.30PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,000 + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain strong, long-lasting client relationships with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Engage in regular communication with clients to anticipate future needs and identify new opportunities.
- Provide technical support to clients by participating in solution development, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve client issues and optimize product performance.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive long-term business growth.
- Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts and execute strategies to increase revenue.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, technical, and customer service teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
