We are looking to employ a goal-driven Sales Account Representative, to drive company sales by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. You will be based at our head office in Bloxwich. The Account Representative’s responsibilities will include: selling memorial products and services to new and existing wholesale clients whilst relaying client feedback to management. You should also be able to answer clients’ questions and address their concerns.

To be successful as an Account Representative, you should demonstrate innovative ways to ensure excellent customer service. Ultimately, an exceptional Sales Account Manager should be able to develop creative and resourceful methods of sourcing new clients.
You will be working with an in-house CRM system, so general computer knowledge is essential, however full training will be provided.
Memorial knowledge is preferred but not essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in sales or customer service.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to multitask.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Working Hours: 8 hour shifts Monday - Friday (Flexible With Time Starts & Finishes). Saturdays & Overtime available.
    Salary: Negotiable. Skills, experience & qualities £25,000 - £29,000 (salary can increase with overtime (in work or at home), Saturdays and performances)
    Expected hours: 37.5 – 40.5 per week

Responsibilities:

  • Being the main point of contact between the company and clients via email and telephone.
  • Preparing and submitting quotes, orders, contracts and various other documents to clients.
  • Improving sales by attracting new clients through cold-calling, emailing, and following company-generated leads when requested.
  • Resolving client complaints in a professional manner, and reporting them to management as required.
  • Developing and maintaining solid client relationships by regularly following up on clients.
