QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
· A bachelor’s degree in any of following fields: Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related fields, as well as Marketing or related fields.
· A master’s degree in any of the above or related field will be added advantage.
· Possession of relevant IT certifications is also a plus.
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Must possess 2 years proven record of accomplishment, selling Enterprise IT Security, Cloud, Infrastructure & Mobility Solutions as well as DX & Business Insights & Productivity solutions in Kenya.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
· Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
· Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
· Willingness to travel within Kenya and the region as required.
· Fluency in English; knowledge of Swahili is an advantage.
