YOUR BACKGROUND

Previous account management, business development and sales support experience
Experience with business process improvements (desirable)
Computer literate with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in using CRM and ERP software
Self-driven and organised with strong time management skills
Proactive in learning about and seeking ways to improve processes involved in the role, with a continuous improvement mindset

Mulpha acquired The Signal Group in 2021. The Signal Group is recognised as one of Australia’s largest staff identification and branded merchandise providers. With local manufacturing and global sourcing capabilities, our established network of companies control a vertically-integrated supply chain, from design and manufacture through to warehousing and supply. We work closely with our clients to develop customised products to showcase the full potential of their brands. We support them with innovative solutions that identify people, recognise their achievements, and help their diverse business grow team.
In the role of Sales Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of clients and look for opportunities for sales growth. You will also provide support to the production team managing customer expectations on timeframes and quality.
Key responsibilities will include;
Delivering exceptional customer service to assigned clients
Being responsive to client needs, including resolving client concerns or issues promptly, or escalating if required
Actively promoting key services and products of The Signal Group
A strong focus on retaining and growing sales from existing clients
Actively looking for opportunities for sales growth with new, existing or past clients
Processing and managing client orders accurately and efficiently
Developing a strong understanding of the products and services offered by The Signal Group across neoprene products. Collaborating with the wider Sales team to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities..
Developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders within The Signal Group and the wider Mulpha Group to foster a culture of operational excellence.
