EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree in science, nutrition, business or health-related field
- 3 to 5+ years of sales experience preferred
- Previous documented sales success a plus
- A scientific, nutritional, or medical background a plus
Responsibilities:
- Log into queue daily during assigned queue hours and answer sales related calls. Customer Service questions should be routed to a Customer Service Representative.
- Process sales orders and promote customer use of our website(s) to self-service. Manage all orders through “order approval” status.
- Develop excellent relationships with customers.
- Respond to e-mail from staff and accounts.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to exchange or convey information.
- Address all client inquiries in 1 to 2 business days.
- Meet the minimum requirement of 50 calls per day.
- Attain the monthly Sales Quota as assigned by Sales Management
- Cultivate new business connections using warm and cold outreach.
- Communicate with clients to build trustful and loyal relationships.
- Enter all prospect and client interactions in Salesforce including lead conversions.
- Create opportunities in Salesforce for any proposals over 50 units or $5,000 USD.
