JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• GCE ‘O’ Level or its equivalent with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Articulate and fluent in English
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Meticulous, an eye for detail
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel /Word)

Sales order processing – payment & pre-registration checking

• Ensure that all information on the agreement is accurate and duly signed
• Ensure number retention or bided numbers are stated accurately and clearly in the registration documents submitted
• Maintenance of all delivery checklist are filed for easy reference
• Submit tax invoices and liaise to respective finance company on matters relating to tax invoices
• Liaise and enquiries on LTA related documents
• Customer’s deposit and balance payment posting on system

Purchase order and invoices

• Creation of Purchase order and invoice processing

Sales and Finance Commission/Incentives

• Consolidation and submission of sales commission and incentive(s)
• Ensure sales personnel submit the necessary documentation for sales commission and incentive claims
• Check and verify the accuracy of the amount claimed
• Prepare and tabulate data for sales and finance commission and incentives for sales personnel
