Position Summary
Reporting to the Cluster Manager in the MEITA& SEAK+HKT region, the Sales & Admin Co-ordinator will work closely with the Cluster Manager to provide comprehensive sales administrative and analytical support. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with experience/certification in Power BI. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the Cluster Manager’s office, facilitating strategic decision-making processes, and managing sales office operations within the organization.
Job Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Educated to BA or BSc degree level or equivalent preferred in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Certification in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience & certification in Power BI development and data visualization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively.
  • Prior experience supporting senior management is preferred

  • Fluency in English is mandatory (Arabic is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational, time management abilities and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and work under pressure.
  • Create, compose and edit written materials.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken at operational and executive levels

Responsibilities:

DAILY TASKS & COORDINATION:

  • Assist the ClusterManager in executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Compile sales-related data (pipeline, forecast, etc…) and prepare progress reports for review by the ClusterManager and senior leadership.
  • Compile and send out monthly sales & pipeline/forecast CRM data to the sales team
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the ClusterManager.
  • Coordinate communication between the ClusterManager and internal/external stakeholders, exercising discretion and professionalism.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost sensitivity and discretion.
  • Help the sales teamin scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

GENERAL ADMIN TASKS:

  • Oversee sales team office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Executing on sales purchasing, contractors and partners agreements & documentation
  • Managing communications with the outsourced vendor for the Dubai Office in coordination with Executive Assistant to the Managing Director.
  • Implement and maintain office systems, including filing systems, document management, and record-keeping.
