JOB DESCRIPTION
- Industry/ Organization Type: Construction material supply company
- Position Title: Sales Admin / Coordinator
- Working Location: Joo Koon (Near Joo Koon MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days / Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 3000 + Bonus
- Duration: Full-time
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent
- 2-3 years relevant working experience in an administrative sales support role will be an added advantage. (Not mandatory)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
- Process sales orders, quotes, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Prepare purchase orders, tax invoices, delivery order for the delivery
- Assist with customer inquiries by phone/email and resolve any issues related to orders, delivery, or account management.
- Maintain up-to-date records on the system and generate reports for sales performance tracking.
- Coordinate with warehouse department to ensure orders are fulfilled and customers are satisfied.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product availability with the logistics team.
- Assist with sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
