Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar sales admin role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software, preferably Dynamics365.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector and familiar with e-invoicing systems and customer portals is preferred.Able to commence with short notice

Responsibilities:

  • Retrieval of PO for order processing and customer pick list
  • Handle order processing from order receipt to ensuring goods delivery.
  • Process customer orders to generate invoices, delivery orders, and data reporting.
  • Process credit notes for any sales or operations issues.
  • Submit e-invoices and CTC copies for core customers.
  • Scan, print, and file invoices for safekeeping and audit checks.
  • Manage SKU assembly and tracking in the ERP Software.
  • Liaise and communicate with customers daily on order and delivery matters through various social platforms (mainly email, WhatsApp, and phone calls).Act as the point of contact between customers and merchandisers for order-related issues.Arrange vendors for ad-hoc sales and marketing activities (TBC).
  • Track sales returns and scanned sales data.
  • Prepare for any sales or marketing-related promotions, samplings, and events.
  • Daily update on sales performance dashboard to update the management team.
  • Update sales accruals in the dashboard.Any ad hoc duties assigned
