Description:

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Sales Administrator to join our team. The candidate will manage all aspects of Payment product customer onboarding, including contract handling, billing, and serve as a contact point for internal and external partners.
Location: Canada
Reports To: General Manager, Payments

Responsibilities:

  • Create contacts, accounts, and opportunities
  • Create purchase orders through multiple CRMs (Dynamics/SalesForce)
  • Input Gross Processing Volume / Average Ticket Size and suggested price points into merchant tracker
  • Collaborate with Order Administration team to ensure all documents are executed by corporate and franchisees
  • Collaborate with Onboarding teams to ensure timely rollout
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customer/reseller contacts.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly status reports for internal customers.
  • Effectively prioritize workload, scheduling, and escalations.
  • Manage relationships between internal and third-party onboarding teams.
  • Manage relationships between internal and third-party billing/invoicing teams.
  • Act as point of contact for internal and external customers
