Join the Close Brothers Vehicle Hire (CBVH) team where you will be responsible for the smooth administration and processing of information relating to new and additional deals presented by the Sales Team.
You will specifically focus on assisting with quotes for new business and progressing sales opportunities, you’ll process vehicle purchases and supplier invoices, support the management of the stock list and generally supporting the wider team.
Our ideal team member will have previous experience in an administration role, ideally within the transport sectors, you’ll be highly organised, an effective communicator and will possess excellent problem solving skills.
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:

- Can demonstrate delivery of excellent customer outcomes

Responsibilities:
- Processing of customer orders, managing the the sales administration process from start to finish; entering customer information into the CRM system and putting together contract documentation
- Support the purchase ledger team with the processing of invoice payments
- Assist the Bid & Build Manager with pricing
- Effectively communicate with customers and suppliers via phone and email
- Plan and organise your own time to maximise productivity and efficiency for yourself, the wider sales team and customers
- Build effective working relationships with other departments across CBVH including, sales, accounts, billing, underwriting, rentals, logistics & maintenance
