Your tasks:

• Issuing delivery plans to international plants (CZ / SK / Overseas)
• Coordinating Deliveries (Sea / Air / Road) in a timely and cost efficient manner
• Shortage Management: Securing the ability to supply by stock monitoring and autonomous implementation of actions to prevent the customer from shortages
• Automotive OEM Customer service in German & English
• Handling of Returnable Packaging and handling warranty issues
• Order Management for pre-series and mass production business, purchasing and sales performed on SAP
• Monitoring of prices and deadlines, monitoring of invoices and collecting (AR), monitoring of credit limits
• Handling of special customer requirements, Customer Account set up and clearing of customer accounts
• Support of logistic and project tasks (EDI, Container Management) and Supporting SOX / ISM / ISO audit activities

Your profile:

• Active ERP User (SAP preferred)
• Administration experience in Sales and Supply Chain Processes
• Administration experience in Automotive (preferred) or industrial B2B
• Experience in working in a cross-cultural team
• Customer oriented
• Independent work style
• Fluent English and German skills
