REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a Retail Automotive Service Department.
  • Excellent communication, numeracy, and customer service skills.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to adapt in high-pressure situations.
  • Professionalism, organization, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Administration Clerk to join our Mercedes-Benz team on a full-time basis in Campbelltown.
As an Administration Clerk, you will thrive in an organized, efficient, and team-oriented environment, possessing strong communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional value-adding and customer service to internal and external parties as required.
  • Ensure accuracy in all documentation, including spreadsheets, journals, appointments, and bookings.
  • Respond promptly to emails and process data effectively and efficiently.
  • Offer general administration support to the operations team as needed.
  • Manage internal paperwork related to deliveries.
  • Handle registration processes for New and Used Vehicles using the online registration system.
  • Process deals for New and Used Vehicles using our in-house dealer management system.
  • Maintain and manage stock lists, advertise vehicles on Carsales, and process sold vehicle folders.
  • Assist in reconciling select financial accounts.
  • Support the team with various projects and tasks as they arise.
