Tate, a world-class global data centre interiors design engineering and manufacturing business, operating within the safeguard of the Kingspan Group PLC valued at over €8 Billion, is currently searching for a dynamic Sales Administrator to join our supportive and dynamic team. This role is office-based, Monday to Friday in Ballyfermot within our bustling head office. We have off-site parking, and we are a 15-minute stroll to the LUAS stop.

  • Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to navigate complex customer and stakeholder conversationsA passion for collaboration; a highly collaborative, team player within both the direct team and organisation

Responsibilities:

THE SALES ADMINISTRATOR ROLE

This role will require strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and expertise in coordinating activities using SAP. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth customer interactions, addressing issues promptly, and maintaining effective coordination within the manufacturing process. This role requires a high degree of internal liaison with departments to ensure stock availability, meeting delivery dates and working with our finance team to ensure compliance. You will also be responsible for:

  • End to end customer management, demonstrating initiative and ownership to yield the best possible results.
  • Processing leads and sales quotes, generating orders and accurate input into SAP.
  • Acting as the point of contact for customer enquiries, orders, and concerns related to manufacturing products.
  • Supporting the internal sales team across Europe with technical support as needed.
