Description:

As a Sales Administration Manager, you guide and organize your team to ensure that orders are processed from production to distribution, while optimizing the quality-service-cost ratio.

Responsibilities

  • You plan and manage the sales administration of Trasis products (machines, consumables, custom development) with an end-to-end vision. From order to delivery.
  • You are responsible for organizing the work of your team. You federate all teams around the company’s strategy and objectives.
  • You regularly evaluate and develop your team.
  • You manage and follow-up on quotations with customers, in collaboration with the sales and account management teams.
  • You optimize and manage the life cycle of an order in a spirit of continuous improvement.
  • You participate in defining production needs and priorities.
  • Together with the relevant departments, you define order delivery times.
  • With your team, you participate in the regular updating of the ERP for any specificity linked to a customer, an item or an order, as well as their management process.
  • You guarantee customer follow-up and satisfaction.
  • You ensure that customer information is returned and transferred to the relevant departments.
  • Oversee the proper management of complaints, problems and disputes relating to customer orders.
  • Monitor and communicate departmental performance.

Profile

  • You have a sales-oriented degree or equivalent through experience.
  • You have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • You have team management experience.
  • You are customer-oriented. Exceeding expectations, creating customer proximity and a vision of end-to-end file management come naturally to you.
  • You have experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement (lean practitioner, yellow or green belt certification is a plus).
  • You have a very good command of English.
  • You are comfortable using IT tools (MS Office, ERP).
  • You demonstrate discretion and confidentiality in handling and managing information.
  • You have excellent organizational skills.
  • You have the ability to think on your feet and have a strategic vision.
  • You have a spirit of initiative and are able to make decisions.
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented.
