Description:
Our client is looking for a customer-centric Sales Administrator to fulfil sales order management, achieving a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- A level, diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administrative or equivalent are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales admin, order management, service coordination experiences, preferably from trading entity with servicing practice.
- A committed, pro-active, organized and meticulous personality with proven multitasking ability to fulfil high volume tasks of varied datelines, ability to deal with stressful and acute situations independently when arises.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, with ability to interface with diverse group of internal and external stakeholders across different regions, culture and time zones, in a professional and diplomatic manner.
- IT Savvy, proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel - pivot table.Immediate starter or short notice is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
This role will provide prompt and quality support for both Regional Sales and Technical Service teams including sales enquires, quotation and overall admin support.
- Handle all pre and post sales enquires, sales / price quotation, service appointments and scheduling, sales order entry for all sales and service transactions, parts sales etc.
- Participate in sales projects including tender submission and product preparation etc.
- Marketing administrative tasks such as prepare sales reports on forecast business, product/market analysis, marketing materials, sales presentation slides, product brochure, event preparation etc.
- Proper records and filling of all documents and master list including sales and services agreements, client information, price lists, sales report and statistics, invoices and quotations, service records etc.
- Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure smooth operations and billing accuracy.
- Upkeep of office and workshop area, perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
