We are looking for a positive individual who possesses exceptional stakeholder management and can work in a fast-paced environment in an autonomous capacity. As a Sales Administrator you will need to have strong administration skills with a high attention to detail.
As this role is fast paced you will possess exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to be resilient and manage well under pressure.
Experience in the building industry would be advantageous; however we can teach you this along the way.

Responsibilities:

An opportunity has become available to work within a dynamic and collaborative team to help the New Homes Consultants with the flow of jobs through preconstruction. Also supporting the sales leadership team with pipeline management and training of all new sales consultants.

Other key duties include:

  • Approve and qualify all new deals by signing off sales checklist and marking jobs as won
  • Champion the development and implementation of minimum administration standards to ensure desired customer sales experience
  • Champion the handover of sales files to Operations to process through to Site Start
  • Providing accurate and efficient reporting for Sales Managers
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings
