Responsibilities:

THIS ROLE WILL:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales department.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Update client and opportunity records in CRM system.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Contact customers to answer inquiries and gather information.
  • Communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Compile monthly sales reports.
  • Verify data accuracy in proposals and financial reports.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of products and services.
  • Provide backup support for sales and operations.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proficient in MS Excel for accurate data entry and analysis.
  • Knowledge or background in the construction industry is preferred.
