Responsibilities:
My Main role and Responsibilities are:
- Providing general administrative support to the sales team
- Sourcing pricing from distributors and partners in a timely manner
- Co-ordinating & preparing materials required for completion of sales pricing, within AVI-SPL sales BOM tool
- Creation of end customer sales proposal
- Working with sales executives and pre-sales technical team to ensure that deadlines for proposal submissions are met
- Processing orders, confirming that all figures align & match with reporting tools & pricing has been revalidated
- Ensuring file structure on sales data drives are maintained, placing relevant documents in the main folders, and archiving irrelevant items.
- Liaising with accounts, order management & operations team pre and post order to make certain that orders flow through AVI-SPL systems.
- Attending meetings with PMs & Operation team on live job variations, working within Smartsheets and pricing these speedily/managing work prioritisation to ensure ongoing installations are not compromised – and that re-stocking fees are handled sufficiently.
- Minor upkeep of pricing tools, alongside procurement team
- Dealing with pre-sale queries on stock levels
- Working within Salesforce to ensure opportunities & data is accurate
