SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience and knowledge with Salesforce.com preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Outstanding professionalism and unfailing motivation
- Strong analytical capability and resourcefulness
- Ability to solve problems and work independently
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Previous experience in a project-oriented role
- Post-secondary College Diploma or University Degree a definite asset
- Demonstrated ability to provide exemplary customer service
- Strong knowledge of software such as MS Word and MS Excel
- Salesforce.com experience an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for sales support to the multiple sales departments at Info-Tech Research Group. This person will be responsible for balancing project responsibilities as required by Sales Operations Management. The fast-paced environment requires constant multitasking, superior Administrative skills and a strong customer focus, along with excellent written and oral communication skills.
