WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the auto industry.
- Knowledge and working experience with CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support various departments as needed.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Monitor and respond promptly to inquiries received through the dealership’s website, email, social media, and other online platforms. This involves qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, and guiding potential customers to the appropriate products or services.
- Sales Support: Provide support to the CS team by ensuring they have all the necessary tools, information, and materials to effectively sell vehicles on-line OR in-store.
- Sales Process Management: Guide online customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale. Coordinating with the finance and insurance (F&I) department to ensure all paperwork and legal requirements are met.
- Feedback and Reviews: Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews online and address any negative feedback promptly and professionally.
