  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Invoice vehicles (new and used) and arrange vehicle taxation via AFRL or DVLA.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and orders, ensuring files meet audit standards.
  • Organize PDIs, inspections, warranty documentation, and vehicle deliveries.
  • Manage V5/logbook processes, stock transfers, and vehicle funding.
  • Liaise with sales managers and workshops for seamless operations.
  • Verify and process purchase invoices related to sales.
