Responsibilities:
- Invoice vehicles (new and used) and arrange vehicle taxation via AFRL or DVLA.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and orders, ensuring files meet audit standards.
- Organize PDIs, inspections, warranty documentation, and vehicle deliveries.
- Manage V5/logbook processes, stock transfers, and vehicle funding.
- Liaise with sales managers and workshops for seamless operations.
- Verify and process purchase invoices related to sales.
