About The Role:
We’re now recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our ambitious, forward-thinking business and be part of the technology revolution in space.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team.
  • Ensuring all relevant documents are received from new customers.
  • Updating internal systems with credit limits.
  • Setting up new customers on the internal system correctly.
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Preparing and reviewing all shipping documentation for export.
  • Liaising with the warehouse to check stock availability and order fulfillment.
  • Handling customer enquiries/queries/order updates via telephone and email.
  • Day-to-day you’ll be planning and coordinating Freight Forwarders.
  • Raising Commercial Invoices.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed in line with customs and export criteria.
  • To assist export agents as and when required

REQUIREMENTS

About you:

  • Previous experience of working in an administrative role, exporting, or sales administration would be advantageous.
  • The ability to prioritise workload without supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information with both colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Good Customer Service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent reporting skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Conscientious and reliable with a positive, proactive, and adaptable approach.
  • Ability to solve problems methodically and actively find resolutions
