- Experience preparing quotations and handling customer invoices and queries.

Responsibilities:
- Undertake all general office duties to include processing petty cash, ordering stationery and other general office supplies.
- Prepare sales quotations, document and record.
- Provide a high level of administration support to the sales team.
- Handle customers enquiries relating to invoicing and delivery queries.
- Preparation of documentation for equipment requiring registration.
