  • Excellent customer service and time management skills
  • Experience preparing quotations and handling customer invoices and queries.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake all general office duties to include processing petty cash, ordering stationery and other general office supplies.
  • Prepare sales quotations, document and record.
  • Provide a high level of administration support to the sales team.
  • Handle customers enquiries relating to invoicing and delivery queries.
  • Preparation of documentation for equipment requiring registration.
