Description:

Sales Support Administrator
Location: Office-based, Smethwick
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, life cover (3x salary), 5% employer pension contributions (after 12 months)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (½ hour lunch break)

We’re looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our industry-leading client’s team and play a vital role in managing their UK and overseas customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Order Management: Oversee sales orders, invoicing, scheduling, and export documentation for both UK and international contracts.
  • Customer Support: Provide prompt responses to customer enquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face, ensuring a professional and efficient service.
  • Account Administration: Support the field sales team with day-to-day account management, ensuring accurate communication of customer requirements both internally and externally.
  • Contract Management: Ensure all relevant customer contracts are up-to-date and accurately administered, keeping customers informed of their order and delivery status.
  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with operations to provide accurate customer product demand schedules and purchasing requirements.
