Description:

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the sales department by managing administrative tasks. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with Microsoft Business Central or similar software is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • IT literacy with a good understanding of office software applications.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, enquiries, orders, and transactions using relevant software.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations using Excel and Word.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as stores and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage the sales database, ensuring all information is up to date and accessible.
  • Support the implementation of sales strategies by providing necessary administrative assistance.
