ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs grade 4 or above, or equivalent qualification, including Maths.
  • Previous experience working in a similar role in a sales environment
  • Strong Excel database skills
  • Administrative skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to gain product knowledge quickly
  • Confident dealing with customers and key internal departments
  • An understanding and awareness of business processes and how they link to the role.
  • Excellent time management skills, with ability to prioritise own workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Previous experience working in financial services would be advantageous

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join the Advertising Sales team in our Norwich office.
The Advertising Sales Department are responsible for sales of advertising in Moneyfacts key magazine publications. The Administrator is an integral part of the smooth running and organisation of the department and requires 100% accuracy, excellent time management, administrative skills, effective planning, and the ability to work under pressure.
You will be providing day to day support to the Publications Sales Manager and Client Account Managers and will be comfortable dealing with a wide range of internal departments, in particular interacting with the Moneyfacts Editor and Graphics team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support members of the team to enable them to operate efficiently in their roles.
  • Logging of orders across publications, awards, supplements and star ratings
  • Production and reconciliation of monthly invoicing documentation for the three publications, Awards, post-Awards Supplements/logos and other Moneyfacts products
  • Co-ordination of post-Awards Supplements/digital Showcases with customers and internal departments, adhering to strict deadlines
  • Working with external printing company to ensure that final adverts are error free
  • Completion and maintenance of sales spreadsheets for internal reporting weekly
  • Maintenance of CRM, weekly reporting and manipulation of data
  • Expedition of artwork from clients and forwarding to appropriate personnel, adhering to strict deadlines
