Job Overview:
As a Sales and Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales operations, liaising with cleaners, and ensuring exceptional customer service for the clients. Your primary responsibilities will include sales administration, client follow-ups, working on our CRM and booking form, charging cards, updating Excel schedules, handling queries and complaints, and other admin-related duties.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Customer care | client handling | complaints experience essential.
- Fast learner
- Diligent
- Focused
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
- Able to handle diverse tasks.
- Good organisational skills
- Own laptop and stable internet connection, as well as backups for loadshedding
- Will be required to work one weekend shift per month, fully compensated for, and an additional day in lieu of the weekend worked.
