Responsibilities:
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for the accurate and timely organization and preparation of marketing collateral required for property listing and advertising along with general administration duties for the Service Support and Sales departments. The major focus of the role is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information and marketing materials required meet the necessary compliance standards as per current legislation.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- End to end management of the new sale listing marketing process; including arranging photography, floor plan, ad copy and on line posts
- Preparation of In-house brochures.
- Maintain accurate expenditure reporting around property listings including but not limited to; Vendor paid advertising, MICM funded items, invoice preparation for all listed properties.
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials as directed
- Support marketing team in organising various projects
- Distribute client communication according to their request.
- Assist with the development of department procedures and automation
- Undertake all other duties as required ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and within a timely manner with a professional and ethical approach.
