Description:

KEY OUTPUTS

  • Liaise with Trade lanes and Logistics to keep track of the machine arrivals and deliveries.
  • Migo new machines into stock
  • Update and maintain equipment master
  • Create sales orders and billing to Rental company
  • Create service notification for assembly/PDI
  • Manage procurement for machine local extras/bought outs
  • Liaise with workshop on assembly progress and deliveries.
  • Create birth certificate and e-Natis registrations
  • Manage project system (WBS) process in SAP
  • Process warranty registration
  • Update noticeboard/PCB
  • Maintain filing on Shared Drive
  • Physical stock count per annum
  • Adhoc – Sales Admin support to all Southern Africa Regions

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

  • Grade 12/ Matric qualification
  • Previous Admin and Accounting experience will be an advantage.
  • Excellent computer knowledge in all MS Office programs.
  • SAP Knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Be able to work under pressure and after hours if required.
  • Must have strong communication skills and be a strong team player.
