QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Business Administration diploma is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to showcase strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitasks

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

TerraPro is seeking a Sales Administrator who will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day sales operations and assisting with all administrative duties. This role serves as a point of contact for our customers with queries about products and services and to provide support for sales representatives.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Communication (email/phone)
  • Respond to incoming calls
  • Respond to small quote inquiries
  • Directing quotes and inquiries to sales staff
  • Prioritizing communication for the team
  • Follow up on quotes/projects
  • Direct communication with internal dispatch and operations
  • Purchase Order information
  • Document Management
  • Maintain and update files and records
  • SharePoint folder management
  • Agreements (JVs, MSA, MOU)
  • RFPs, large bid packets
  • Government compliance and regulatory, ISN compliance services
  • Prepare and distribute reports and presentations (weekly/monthly)
  • Sales reports (stats, project updates, targets, RFPs)
  • Product line promotional packages
  • Sales proposals/presentations
