NOTE: This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. Our unique offices are located about a 10–15-minute journey from either the Stratford-upon-Avon or Honeybourne Stations.
About the Opportunity:
Reporting to the Director, Regional Sales, you will be responsible for acting as the connection between our customers and our sales team in the UK and Europe. This includes calling new and existing businesses to generate sales leads, researching and qualifying leads for account managers, providing backup for order processing, assisting with renewal opportunities, and supporting the Transoft Educational Program.

Specific accountabilities include:

  • Generating leads through cold calls and emails to potential customers, including post-call follow-up activities.
  • Supporting sales leads by thoroughly researching prospects, which may include reviewing their LinkedIn profiles, analysing their websites, and understanding their projects or needs.
  • Assisting the sales team throughout the sales process and with administrative tasks, as required.
  • Utilising the sales database to maintain updated and accurate lead information, sales, and customer records.
  • Managing the sales order mailbox and coordinating with Account Managers.
  • Managing telephone sales enquiries.
  • Providing backup for the Customer Service Representatives.
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders.
  • Verifying orders, including customers’ contact information and payment details.
  • Tracking, coordinating, and communicating subscription renewals, which includes generating and sending subscription renewal quotes.
  • Providing support for program requests and responses.
  • Managing student requests for temporary educational licenses.
  • Assisting with registration forms.
