Follow up client phone calls and scheduling of appointments at convenient times.
Assist with the sales team requirements as needed.
Prepare Customer Quotations using our software.
Provide the customer with detailed and accurate information and advice on our products.
Cold call builders, architects and companies.
Coordinate appointments and showroom visits.
Help manage and grow sales.
· Regular reporting of sales activity to Managing Director & Sales Manager
Communicate with customers in person, via phone and email.
Schedule appointments and answer queries.
Learn and develop a working understanding of our products to effectively respond to customer queries and provide recommendations.
Maintain all records and sales reports.
Assist with the service and installation departments.
