JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Remote Sales person for our medical clinics, who is bilingual, motivated and enthusiastic Sales person to join our dynamic Medical sales team. The ideal candidate will be organized, diligent with follow ups, have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to create a welcoming and well guided process for customers. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store cleanliness.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of customers.
• A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn about products and services offered in-store.

  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance their experience.
• Communicate service features, benefits, and promotions effectively to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
