Sales Advisor - Office Based (Southend-On-Sea)

The McCarthy Stone team are recruiting a new team member for their Inbound Sales & Service team. You will be expected to deliver exceptional service to customers whilst booking appointments and qualifying leads from inbound calls with prospective home buyers.
You must have solid sales and customer service experience.
Commission structure for this outbound team is £3 per site visit booked if hitting Level 5 QC. £4 per booking if hitting Level 4 QC. Commission is uncapped, paid with monthly salary and subject to usual deductions.
McCarthy Stone are a growing team, with lots of new streams of work, so variety and development within the role is possible.
